Something worth reading and hearing

I spend very little time trying to push people toward more serious subjects. Serious issues tend to have a life of their own without my efforts. Certainly, this website and StripesGuam (the print version) are about entertainment. However, for a split second, I'll break that rule. Please check out the Sunday coverage of Afghanistan on our parent (the real newspaper) product's webpage www.stripes.com. It is the most compelling journalism I've seen in a long time.
